Word that the company is closing leaves the President so upset that he has to be hospitalised. Zhuoyuan enters a competition using the Manfan name and is worried that if Manfan closes, she would be disqualified. Jiaodao buys Manfan and begins retrenching staff. Puzzled about the takeover, Youjing decides to investigate. Pingjing and the others prevent the President from killing himself. Youjing discovers he is after their PD hair tonic formula. With much cooperation and rallying together, the Manfan staff saves the company before the President signs the takeover documents.
